GoogleI couldn't recommend Anne James highly enough, from the very first meeting with Kevin, who went above and beyond to find us our new home. They guided us through both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new with expert advice, clear communication and incredible attention to detail. Every question answered promptly and every concern handled calmly, we always felt fully informed and supported throughout what can be a very stressful process.
Helen was our sales progressor and although must of been dealing with numerous customers we always felt a priority.
Huge Thanks to Kevin, Helen and the team, their hard work and dedication, everything ran smoothly and far more efficiently than we could of ever expected.

GoogleFirstly we didn’t sell with Anne James however that was a major mistake on our behalf. If I could go back in time we would 100% choose Anne James and can recommend them to anyone. We did buy through Anne James and we felt extremely looked after. They went above and beyond to help us through the longest 7 months we’ve ever been through. They did more for us than our own estate agent we actually paid. We personally dealt with Kevin, Lisa and Helen and they are the most incredible, kind, friendly yet professional people I’ve ever met. We feel extremely lucky to have met them. If it wasn’t for Anne James we wouldn’t be sat in our new family home. We are extremely grateful to Anne James and ALL the staff.

GoogleWouldn't trust these estate agents I was living in a shared house all the other tennants and I let this lovely cat in and all it did was sleep on the sofa so what happened next I'm a vulnerable person with a disability and they kicked me out onto the street when I had nowhere to go (I felt discriminated against)all the other tennants were allowed to stay!
