Terrible service. Rude, ignorant and the property was in terrible disrepair after multiple requests inc damp, leaking roof, wet electrics which sparked/shocked at light switches! Never received any apologies or money back even though my son is registered DLA for bronchilitis and the property was unsafe. Pipes were blocked when I moved in when they finally unblocked one i was told it was my hair and i should foot the bill. Tempted to sue but grateful to just be away from the stress. Be very aware especially if you have children or are vulnerable. Handed my notice because of all this in and she evicted us at Christmas when ive 2 kids & had the cheek to charge me for an oven clean when I had made multiple repairs to the unhabitable property! Would not recommend using this company as a landlord or tenant or if selling. Similar stories from other prospective customers about her attitude also.

The cheapest and best land is in Lucknow. Immediate possession is also available. No one gives you quick possession in Lucknow. There's a lot of fraud in the cities, but it's not like that here. Even if you have little money, you can get land.

After failing to sell our property through a different agent we tried Go estate, of which we would highly recommend and would use again if we ever had to! I'll start this review by saying we have probably driven Emma, Jonny and team completely mad over the last 6+ months! Our sale was a bit more complicated than most and they had to deal with us changing our mind multiple times, tears on the phone (all me!) and Covid on top of that, and yet they have still sorted our sale and made the experience as smooth as it could possibly be. They have never replied to any of my emails. Its impossible to find rentals when one was found it wasn't online. Emailed them for information the day after it was up to let. They've never responded and nothing about rentals on their website
