Hi Muhammad, I’m pleased to see that since leaving your review our Head of BTR has managed to make contact with you over the phone where you explained that you had contacted Simple Life and you felt you had been given another incorrect phone number from a member of our team. We have double checked our records and we’re pleased to see that no such call had taken place with a member of our team. Hi David,Thank you for bringing your situation to our attention. I have been informed that since leaving a review our Head of Asset Management has spoken with you to obtain further information, to which we are aware that you’re unhappy with the time take to close off some of your maintenance snags. We can see that although some of the items have been resolved for you, there are some small outstanding items which we are waiting for the housebuilder to rectify as your property is still under warranty. We’re very sorry for the time taken to get this sorted. As you are aware, our Head of Asset Management has picked this up with the housebuilder directly and is getting everything seen to urgently for you.
