She was always approachable and incredibly helpful, giving me advice on getting my house ready for sale and even on the house I was buying (through a different agent). The online advert looked great and Amy made the whole selling process as easy as possible, arranging all the viewings on the same day, so all I had to do was be out of the way and let her get on with what she does best. I sold my house quickly and for above the asking price. Amy and the team were always on hand to support between offer and completion and incredibly responsive to queries. Jordan was always at the other end of the phone to answer my many many questions and always responded quickly! Diane was a great help and kept us in the loop every step of the way. FacebookI decided to relocate to the Cumbria following the untimely death of my husband. We had lived in the same house for 30 years and so my knowledge of the housing market, estate agents and all the other paraphernalia that goes with buying and selling a house was woefully out of date, so I needed an Estate Agent who not only knew their stuff but would be empathetic to my situation. A friend had used EweMove recently and recommended them to me. I rang them and asked someone to come and value my house. Kate arrived and within 5 minutes I knew I had made the right choice. Kind, caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable, Kate talked me through the process, was very upfront about what I would need to do versus what EweMove would do, so by the time she left I had a very clear picture of the end to end process. I didn’t even bother getting a second or third estate agent round, there was absolutely no point. I signed the appropriate paperwork and we went ahead with the sale. Suffice to say my house sold within about 12 hours of going live on the website. It sold to first-time buyers for over the asking price. Kate went over and above for me. She filtered out time wasters, took calls from interested buyers at all times of the day and night, held viewings on a weekend when she had family commitments. Not only that but Kate spoke to an estate agent in Cumbria on my behalf about a property I was interested in to help me make a decision. Since the move she has kept in touch to check I am getting on okay. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am so glad I chose Ewe move and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking of selling or buyingtheir home.

GoogleGary Cooke Well folks what can I say!!!! Excellent!!! Last year we found ourselves having to sell my sisters home due to long term financial issues, a delicate and stressful time for her!!! We engaged a local big high street agent who promised us a professional and sympathetic service. We actually had the worst service I have had from any business, but I won’t go into that here. As soon as the contract was at an end I called Ewe Move, on doing so I spoke to Jordan Evans at Ewe move Long Eaton who was a breath of fresh air, he just oozed energy. On hearing our plight, he booked us in for a home visit the next day. On arrival we were faced with a man that never stops smiling and is always positive, his energy was boundless and was not just for show!! It carried forward through the whole process. He could not do enough to reassure my sister that all would be well. Everything he and the team did for us was outstanding in quality and commitment, not once did he fall short of a promise!! Always being on the end of a phone. Nothing was too much trouble and he always had time for us despite being extremely busy, we always felt looked after and the stress that had built up oooozed away……. There was no contract no upfront fees and they did all the viewings, bonus!!! As a small business owner myself I was very impressed as it just took so much pressure off me. Would I recommend Jordan Evans and Ewe Move, Long Eaton?? Absolutely Would I use them again??? Absolutely To that end, now that my sister has managed to get a mortgage offer of her own I will be contacting Jordan Evans at Ewe Move Long Eaton to see how they can help her to start the next chapter in her life. I have one regret, that I broke my promise to Jordan by not getting this review done as soon as I promised! Sorry mate!!

James was polite & professional when showing us around the property. Diane was the real star! We were first time buyers so she went above and beyond to talk us through the process & ensure we understood everything & what the next steps were. She was on top of everything & knew exactly what was happening at each stage to ensure the sale progressed smoothly. He came round to value my home and myself and my husband we’re taken away with his positive enthusiasm and genuine professionalism in his manner. I really felt like he loved my house as much as me and really took his time getting all his facts and information to sell our home (which he did in 4 weeks). The personal touch was great, James kept us updated on everything. James really works hard to get you the result you want. I felt reassured that they had a good understanding of the local market and as they were based literally just around the corner from my property I also felt loyal to my local agency. Throughout the whole process I have been kept up to date with progress via emails, texts and phone calls and the ability to use any of these methods has been vital to me due to working shifts.
