GoogleOwen is very rare breed in this industry as every enquiry is rigorously followed up. Usually agents get properties on their books and sit back waiting for enquiries. Owen is proactive and sold three commercial properties for me. All at good prices. I would thoroughly recommend him.

GoogleOwen was great to work with from day one until completion (and after). He was always available to chat and accommodating with timings around our working patterns. He made a lot of effort to allow us to have multiple viewings at short notice as we were going through the process of buying which was great. Owen was more than willing to help us understand options and was always quick to come up with solutions. A very personable experience with a lovely business. I would absolutely recommend Owen to anyone looking to sell or buy. Thank you!

GoogleHad a wonderful experience buying a flat through Owen of Wolbrook James. He was always friendly, patient, and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole process so much less stressful. I really felt he had our best interests at heart and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the process and would happily recommend the agents to anyone looking to buy or sell.

GoogleOwen at Wolbrook James did a fantastic job with the sale of my property. He really led the project keeping me up to date with exactly where each party are at all times and gave me a weekly roundup which I found so helpful. Their fees were very competitive and for the level of service I received I would’ve expected to pay a lot more. I couldn’t recommend Owen and the business highly enough.

GoogleOwen is a fantastic person. He's very polite, understanding, and easy to work with even when obstacles are placed in the way. He works very hard to appease both sides (Buyer & Seller). Would recommend Owen and his services to anyone that would like purchase or sell their property.
