GoogleHaving used another local agent to sell my last before I came to Winkworth, who recommended a large price drop, I was pleased to hear Winkworth say they didn't need this price cut to get my property sold. And they delivered on their promise, getting lots of fresh viewings and a series of offers. They followed my buyer closely, making sure the sale stayed on track and ended with a successful completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

With all the uncertainty around BREXIT, and in fact we negotiated the sale a week after the event, Russell and David came through, displaying an excellent and highly accurate assessment and knowledge of the local property market. GoogleWe used this branch to find a property to rent, and they were very professional and helpful from start to finish. David, the letting agent, made sure that we were kept in contact at all times, and helped a lot with organising the tenancy, we all felt very confident in the service we received, and would definitely recommend Winkworth to others in the future!

GoogleIt’s unbelievable how arrogant and unprofessional the agents was! I would never recommend them to my worst enemy! Poor and unprofessional approach to the clients.
