GoogleDonovan is Excellent and always so very friendly. A personal service that is rare these days. Very reliable and efficient. This tiny and charming agency opens up a whole world of possibilities. GoogleFrom the moment I first picked up the phone to discuss the house we ended up buying, John was transparent and easy to deal with. My situation wasn't totally straightforward, and he and the team at Winkworth in Barnes did everything they could to help. GoogleWe spent a couple of years marketing a significant house with Winkworth and a more corporate joint agent. Time after time Winkworth delivered meaningful viewings whereas the others sounded professional and convincing but achieved no tangible result. Eventually we went sole agent with Winkworth and they nurtured a transaction through numerous unpredictable impediments with expert skill. If you are looking for an agent who is totally committed these are the guys!PositiveQuality

YellWatch out for the hidden fees
I rented a small one bedroom flat through Winkworth in Barnes. When I moved out I gave it a good clean, but didn't have it professionally cleaned. Big mistake - they charged me: Sofa and carpets cleaning £110 Flat cleaning £120 Plus VAT £276 Check out £110 Total £386 It took me over a month to get the remaining deposit back while they blamed the landlord for the high prices, and the landlord blamed Winkworth.

YellIncompetent horrible people
These are the worst estate agents we've ever come across and have made what is a nice place a nightmare to live in.Their managing director actually told us that, as tenants, "you're not our customers". So there you go; don't expect them to treat you as such as soon as you've signed the contract.
