GoogleI would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

Google3 bicycles were stolen from Burrage Court, containing a flat they manage. Nothing was done to get the security camera footage to help recover the stolen items.

GoogleThe most professional and helpful estate agents you'll meet, until you've signed a contract. After that - they might as well exist. No response to emails or calls over maintenance issues, despite multiple attempts. Clearly once they've got your money they lose all interest. Avoid.

GoogleThe best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!

GoogleAbysmal experience. Went to see a property with Clark Singh. He was 20 minutes late to the appointment and when asked if he thought that was professional, he had the audacity to say "you can leave". Total waste of time and unprofessionalism beyond belief. Would definitely NOT recommend.
