GoogleMy wife and I had an awful experience letting a property through Jack.
While seeming very helpful and friendly at first, once we were moved in Jack basically ghosted us. While he agreed to move certain furniture out of the property prior to our move-in date, it didn’t get moved for months, and only after our repeated complaints.
When things broke in the flat, he frequently ignored our messages, and when he did eventually respond was very unhelpful.
To make matters worse, when we gave our notice we were leaving, he provided little to no instruction about checking out, and delayed repayment of our deposit for no reason, all the while with no communication.
If you are considering transacting on a property with Jack, I strongly advise against doing so - we are very glad to be rid of him.
