GoogleJames and Darryl did a great job selling our house. From the start, they were professional, easy to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available when we had questions. Everything felt well organised and handled smoothly, which took a lot of the stress out of selling.
We were really happy with how everything turned out and grateful for their hard work. We’d happily recommend James and Darryl to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleWe invited a selection of local estate agents to discuss the market and ideal time to sell our flat and decided on James from Winkworths to handle the sale. We felt he truly understood what we wanted and where we were coming from. All through the sales process he kept us up to date with sales developments whilst offering pragmatic advice on the process dynamics. Sale was concluded and we were both thrilled at the result and the Winkworth business model. Highly recommended from us.

GoogleI've sold 4 flats in the same building through these guys in the last few years. I can't recommend them highly enough which let's face it is a surprise for any estate agent. They are seasoned agents that offer sound advice and have excellent knowledge of the local area & market. They are responsive, flexible, fantasically helpful and listen well. Most importantly they got the job done for the right price.

GoogleTop class service from James Wilkinson and his team from Winkworth.I purchased a flat through them eight years ago and they have just now sold it for me despite the difficult market conditions. The team has a wealth of experience which far outstrips that of many youngsters in the trade.James will always go that extra mile to get the best for his clients. GoogleWhat a team, from the minute we met James and discussed our intention to sale, he not only steered us in the right direction on timing and price range, but along with the team kept us informed daily on all. First time selling and it was such a seamless process for us, mainly due to how diligent and professional the team were.

GoogleJames & Daryl are superstars. We've just sold our flat and any question now matter if it was small or complicated it was addressed professionally, thoroughly, and promptly. Market pricing was insightful, even with a unique property. Also, professional relationship building with us, our buyers and the onward chain even allowed us to successfully navigate a very unwelcome gazundering situation. Very knowledgeable and very patient. And, BTW, we purchased the same flat via them 5 years ago, and the service was exactly the same quality.

GoogleFor reasons related to our mortgage company our property purchase dragged on for far longer than we or the vendor would have liked. Daryl managed this extremely well and kept in regular contact with both parties. This ensured that the delays, whilst frustrating, didn't stop the purchase from taking place. We completed today and are extremely grateful.
