GoogleWe had a patchy experience with Winkworth. Struggling to sell our flat (partly because the first year was in the heart of covid) we tried in two different years with them. In the first year Hamish was fantastic, really clear, friendly and helpful. We had regular communication from him and what felt like clear and honest advice during a difficult time in the market being in the summer between COVID lockdowns. Because of this experince we returned the next year when our service from Michael was less helpful. We found him really difficult to get a hold of throughout the eight weeks, with emails not answered or answered incredibly slowly. He didn't offer clear and proactive advice like the year before and we switched to Dexter's as soon as possible, who were much more proactive and helped us to a sale. That second experience was really frustrating and a stark difference from the service we received from Winkworth the year before with Hamish, who was great.

GoogleLouisa was brilliant in my first property purchase. She and her team were friendly and responsive. She made sure communications with the seller were smooth and provided helpful expert advice. I particularly like their 3D interactive floor plan feature that has been very helpful in interiors planning! Overall a very good experience buying with Winkworth.

GoogleAlice and the team were highly professional and helpful throughout the sale of our flat in N5. They helped us to sell and complete (all within 3 months) at a good price in a tough market. They stepped in and handled difficult negotiations to save the sale from falling through and we wouldn't have got it over the line without their experience and advice. Now we're enjoying our new home. Not often said about estate agents but we thought them worth every penny of their fees!
