However, the exchange and completion dates were not lined up appropriately and we were left in temporary accommodation with a young family. Our position of negotiation was weakened in a few instances and this did not help our situation. While I recommend Sam and Stuart, there are learnings here that I relayed directly and hope will inform the sales process going forward.
