I have worked on a professional basis with numerous clients of Whitestone Estates and so have dealt with the team at Whitestone on many occasions over a number of years now. I find the team as a whole responsive to my sometimes difficult requests and happy to help (even where I have to put them to trawling through old emails and finding specific historic documents). Ray, as head of the team there, is someone I have dealt with on almost every case and is always forthcoming with relevant information. Part of my role is to produce evidence in cases before the court for enforcement work for Whitestone's clients and so a quick and clear response to my requests is what I need. Whitestones always fulfil that criteria which suggests excellent record keeping which for any Block Management Agent is a crucial quality. Happy to recommend.

Most of the work done on our property was of poor quality & subsequently fell apart. No refunds offered for poor quality workmanship. Failed to ensure proper record keeping or transparent governance. Accounts were filed late & penalty went unpaid. Representative (Ray) was co-opted by two directors & failed to maintain ethical, professional or legally compliant standards, leading to Whitestone’s resignation after only 16 months in post. Exceedingly chauvinistic & refused to engage with other directors or property owners, particularly if female or non-white, which was half the board. Unaccountable, fostered division & totally failed to fulfil the brief. Easily drawn into petty internal interpersonal squabbles & lacked the integrity, education or strength of character to remain independent in the role.

We had a wonderful experience with Whitestone Estates and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a lease in North London! Everything was handled smoothly and with no hassle by our agent Sandra. She was extremely helpful from the initial visit to finalizing the paperwork - she even anticipated our questions or requests and went the extra mile with out-of-office visits for measurements! Moving can be stressful but Sandra made sure we didn’t have to worry about hidden fees or lengthy negotiations. It is really refreshing to deal with an agent who really cares about both the tenants and the landlord; this is rare these days, especially with the larger agencies who are only interested in closing the deal but with not on your actual needs. Horrible agency!!! Would give 0 if I had the choice. This agency have an apartment in our block that they manage. This mess has been left here for over 2weeks for the homeless to rummage/ foxes to rip apart and the wind has been blowing large parts of furniture into main road and into the cars on the driveway. They’re attitude to cleaning this up is incredibly unprofessional and they feel no urgency, leaving the tenants to manage this. These are luxury apartments in an expensive area but clearly this agency charge £2,250 for the apartment but are happy to leave this for the other tenants to deal with. Ray the maintenance man has been rude through all communication when raising concerns, challenging everything with a very passive aggressive tone. I’m not sure if this is his general attitude or he believes it’s acceptable to speak to young woman in this way. Let’s see if this post actually gets them to finally clean up their act!

Superb service. We are a block of ten flats and have had a terrible experience with managing agents for more than 15 years. Whitestones are fantastic, always responsive and responsible. They are charging us slightly more than previous agents but that's easily off-set by the fact that problems are actually resolved - we suffered financially by previous agents not doing anything and problems got worse.

We were tenants in the past two years in a property managed by Whitestone Estates. Throughout, Neil and Gina have been a great support. All issues were quickly resolved, and when the question of "who needs to pay for that" came about once or twice, I always perceived their approach as very fair and helpful. I do not know much about there ability to sell or rent properties, but I can tell you that if you live in a house managed by them you are likely to have a smooth experience.

Everything about Whitestone Estates is professional and easy to deal with. We rented a flat in London through Whitestone when we were still in the States. We had to ask them to send us videos and probably peppered them with a silly number of queries. They were swift and responsive to them all. And the flat was, indeed, exactly as they had billed. Once we were there, they handled the management and occasional necessary maintenance very professionally. It was a pleasure dealing with them (and they're all-around decent people to boot.) Not your average estate agent. A substantial cut above.
