I have been working with Edward on purchasing of my desired property that finally became my home. He was very engaged from the very begging, very flexible, succinct and balanced. Edward was very professional by providing all the necessary data and highly responsive to all my inquiries. He managed to provide the best solutions in the shortest period of time. I would highly recommend him for finding your property, as he understands very well the needs of a buyer. He made this journey very easy, while keeping all involved parties well informed and on the same page. It was a true pleasure having him around.

I highly recommend the team in Wedgewood Estates. Kasia and Gloria have assisted me twice in sourcing a suitable property to rent. They ensured everything was in good working order and also spotless clean. Rebecca is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and she always replies to my queries promptly and deals with any issues that arise. Everyone provides a personal touch, leaving you feeling that you matter and are important to them.

We’ve been clients with Wedgewood Estates in Kensington for a number of years now, and that long-term relationship really reflects the positive experience we’ve had with them. They’ve consistently been professional, approachable, and reliable, making the whole process feel smooth and well supported. A special mention goes firstly to Kasia, who has always been excellent when it comes to discussing and negotiating terms, fair, pragmatic, and solutions-focused, which we’ve really appreciated over the years. Rebecca has also been fantastic on the property management side, always responsive and proactive whenever any issue comes up. Even during holidays or busy periods, she ensures things are handled quickly and smoothly, which gives real peace of mind. That consistency, professionalism, and personal touch have made a real difference to our renting experience, and it’s something we genuinely value.

Highly recommended - Wedgewood Estates organized the 2024 sale of our property in Park Close, Holland Park. Wedgewood have a plugged-in network of local buyers and sellers and throughout the process their assistance was invaluable from the initial marketing through to the final completion. The team led by Kasia were proactive, approachable and professional in all aspects, combined with their local knowledge we would have no hesitation in recommending for handling high end sales in the West London area.

Meghna (Kakkar) was absolutely impeccable throughout the whole post selection process. She was able to guide us in all documentation needed, always creating the right level of timing expectations, allowing us to place our offer in a way that would increase the probability for it to be successful. My daughter, like many students, is not necessarily the type of profile that would receive a stellar treatment while apartment hunting in a city like London, yet she did. Meghna and the wider team at Wedgewood Estates will be our lifetime "go-to place" in order to fulfill our real estate needs in London.
