They were great when we first rented the property, really understanding. However when we moved in they failed to tell us when the landlord was coming round or when decorators were coming. Now though we have a major appliance that isn't working and they haven't checked their email or answered their phones for two weeks.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Victoria Wilson Property hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near London.

The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
