GoogleWorst experience with the team. Every day ended up calling the team to enquire about a property. After more than a week, one fine day when i lost my patience, i was finally told the property is not available and given to someone else by some other colleague. Very bad experience.

GoogleExcellent customer service. The team is very prompt in answering to the queries especially Raymond Cheung. He is prompt, courteous and is well informed about the real estate market. The agency fees are also very economical unlike few others in the market. would highly recommend Vantage services.

GoogleLadies and Gentlemen! Please attention! Always read very carefully the contract holding deposit with vantage agency and all the papers, don’t leave they make you rush. Put attention in ever single word of papers they send to you.

TrustpilotScam company - avoid at all costs
Scammers. Waste of time dealing with them. If they are involved in property dealing, avoid. Accepted an offer on a property and few hours later asked for an increased offer. Matched the offer again and then being told that property offered to someone else. No professionalism and best to avoid them so that you save your time, energy and money.

GooglePlease please please stay well away from these people. They expect you to pay rent and not touch the property. Stay well away if you have kids as they don't allow for any fair wear and tear. We had the property professionally cleaned as requested which they then deemed to be "not up to their standard" and deduced £200 off our deposit. Absolutely disgusting! Worst agency ever.

Genuinely disgusting. Agency charges rip-off fees, never responds to emails, and treats customers with contempt at every step of the process. Avoid like the plague, this company is unethical and appalling.
