GoogleDont bother. Twice in two years viewd two different flats in glaisher street and both times they seemed not bothered to rent it to us just showed us the flat and then nothink even thou both times wanted to rent the property never heard from them and Ian was very unprofetional showing us the flat unbothered explaining things just dint want to be there or didnt want us there. Dont use these guys

GoogleUrtopia are the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. From our initial viewing to signing the contract, moving in and finally getting back our full deposit, they provided a stellar service. The few times we needed something fixed in the flat Urtopia dealt with it swiftly and everything was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I absolutely recommend Urtopia!

GoogleDisappointing experience with Urtopia who did not release our deposit after several email communications, asking us to pay for cleaning on top of the deposit, finally leading us to go through the lengthy process of mydeposits.co.uk.
We took over the management of the property with existing tenants. The deposit was not paid to us and was already logged by the original agent. We did not have access in order to release. Had advised tenants to request the release of original deposit when we took over the management so Urtopia could log with the deposit protection service. This was not done by the tenants.

GoogleBest estate agent I ever rented off. They are honest and truly provide the same service before letting and after they do the job right. Any issue or repair was always dealt with straight away. We got our full deposit back once we left we had no problems throughout. I decided to rate after years as I have been dealing with such awful estate agents that the decent estate agents should be recognised.

GoogleVery unprofessional and insensitive agency. I arranged a viewing for a fat which they rented without canceling my viewing or anything they simply stopped answering my calls.
We can't find you in our records. Please can you confirm your identity with the full details and description of the property you're referring to. We diligently work hard to exceed our client's expectations. This is not genuine review.
