GoogleA positive experience with using Upsdales to let my property in Walthamstow. The service provided by Daniel Redman was excellent. He was patient, professional, diligent with the background checks and arranged to have the necessary certificates in place prior to the property being Let. He also allayed my initial fears with renting the property and kept me updated every step of the way. He had a tenant in place in a very short space of time. All in all, I was very pleased.

Dear Said, Your review is wholly unjustified and appears to have been left simply because you are disappointed that you were not offered a viewing of the property you enquired about. When you initially contacted us, you advised that you intended to move into the property with your wife. When it became apparent that your income did not meet the required affordability criteria, you subsequently advised that you would instead be moving in with your brother. You then contacted us using a different email address, despite having already corresponded with us regarding the same property. These inconsistencies naturally raised concerns. We have been operating in the property industry for over 25 years and have a professional responsibility to our landlord clients to properly assess prospective tenants and ensure, as far as reasonably possible, that the information provided to us is accurate, consistent and transparent. A letting agent is under no obligation to offer a viewing to every person who makes an enquiry, particularly where the information subsequently provided differs materially from that given initially. You also advised us that your wife is due to arrive in the UK on 27 September and that you therefore need to secure accommodation quickly. While we appreciate the urgency of your circumstances, this does not mean that we should disregard inconsistencies in an application or compromise the standards we apply on behalf of our clients. Leaving a negative review because you were not offered a viewing does not alter the circumstances or the reasons behind our decision. We remain entirely satisfied that we acted appropriately and in the best interests of our client. We wish you all the best with your property search.

GoogleAs a contractor with over 10 years experience in maintenance with multiple large companies providing regular work and consultations, I found this company difficult to deal with. They were unwilling to take the time to listen to the caller and rude, especially Shabaz who is the most unprofessional person I have had the misfortune to deal with. I would NEVER recommend them. GoogleExcellent service received by Daniel Redman at Upsdales to let my flat in Newbury Park. Incredibly professional, patient, diligent with checks, cannot recommend enough. Responsive to calls and emails outside of office hours as always went the extra mile. Will definitely use when we come to sell our property.
