Chris is an amazing managing agent - responsive, personable, sorts anything and everything immediately and at as little cost as possible. I don’t know where I’d be without him. He knows the Buckler Court/Carronade flats, reception staff and maintenance people like the back of his hand, and is the person best placed to look after tenants and landlords alike. He guided us through all the necessary paperwork smoothly, making what can often be a stressful process completely stress-free. We're absolutely delighted with our rental flat, it's in excellent condition and has truly become a lovely home. Chris has continued to provide amazing support even after we moved in. He’s always responsive on WhatsApp and quick to resolve any issues that come up. Most recently, he even came by personally to fix a few things, which we really appreciated. I found my now apartment on Rightmove and send an enquiry, after that it all went really fast. I was contacted by Chris and he was extremely helpful. As a student and as a new person to London, finding the right home for me was promised to be difficult, multiple agents would not respond or the apartment were not what I was looking for. Tyers Yann Management is exemplary and run under the fascile direction of Chris Newton. We moved from a co-op apartment on Park Avenue in Manhattan to one of their lovely residences in August of 2021. The team is extremely responsive, organized and transparent, trustworthy and knowledgeable. As an interior designer, I can state unequivocally that the design, finishes and furniture are chic and of high quality. Additionally, the buildings are kept in immaculate condition. Lastly, they really strive to create a community of respectful and considerate neighbors in each of their buildings. I can recommend them without any hesitation.
