Edward was very professional, polite and patient during the initial stage of my tenancy. He was very helpful and made the whole process smooth.
Jason has been incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. He is always quick to respond to my emails and has been very reliable when dealing with documents, tenancy matters and any questions I had after moving in. When I had a few minor issues after moving in, he followed up promptly with the relevant contractor and made sure everything was resolved properly.
I would also like to mention Michael, who was very patient and helpful when I needed assistance with the online signing process through Goodlord. He took the time to guide me through the process and resolve the issue.
Overall, I have found the team at Tuckerman Residential to be professional, responsive, reliable and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Tuckerman Residential.
