TrustpilotUnder no circumstances work with them - Period.
Under no circumstances work with them. Pretty offices, however, COMPLETELY unreliable - they will sign an agreement with you and then, change the terms, or put you on notice if they can get more for it. Their services within the office are mediocre and they will nickel and dime you for everything. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Booked a meeting room in the Blue Fin Building on Southwark Street, expecting a professional setup - unfortunately, the service was shoddy throughout. No catering set up on arrival, food left downstairs because the team were “too busy,” and the receptionist had to leave her desk to sort everything herself once our execs had already arrived.

GoogleGreat location and mostly helpful staff. The one exception was the manager at reception, she was unhelpful and uninterested. Not even willing to stand up, let alone do something helpful. Sitting on her computer to one side monitoring the team whilst simultaneously bringing the reception experience down. What a terrible customer experience.

I have been trying to get a response from their team for over a month due to an invoice query where they charged me more than the invoice amount via direct debit. They have also not returned our deposit after leaving. I have asked to make a complaint but not response yet.

GoogleNever knew this was here, but really great space for meetings. Very welcoming. great facilities, tech in the room that just worked, good tea and coffee etc. Definitely recommended

Wonderful staff and great snacks. And they try to organise community events - like breakfasts and wine tasting. Security has improved in my building. But communal areas can get too noisy.
