The experience of buying our first flat with Thirzie Hull was truly special. We’re so glad we went through this process with them. Communication was easy, they were very responsive, and always helpful. After renting a few flats before and experiencing quite poor communication from other estate agents, this felt completely different. Natalia and Thirzie are nothing like that. Calm, clear, and genuinely supportive throughout. We’re really grateful they made our first buying experience so positive. The key case and bottle of wine with a handwritten note at the end was a really thoughtful finishing touch, it just showed how much they care. Honestly, one of the best out there.

Thirzie and her team did an excellent job from start to finish. We wanted to find long-term tenants for our family home, a much-loved, recently renovated country house. Thirzie had a clear strategy for presenting the house and finding the right tenants. Rather than show an empty property or use computer-generated imagery (CGI) to give the appearance of a furnished letting (as suggested by other agents), Thirzie chose to present a stylish yet cozy home. We selected a few pieces of modern and antique furniture, and Thirzie worked closely with a photographer to produce stunning pictures for the website and social media. Within a couple of weeks of the launch, we had viewings from serious potential tenants and an offer (at the asking price) in writing. Sadly that first offer fell through (for urgent health reasons, so no one was at fault), but Thirzie immediately followed up other enquiries and found tenants for us at the asking price. It was a pleasure to work with Thirzie and her team: they are very efficient, pay close attention to detail, respond promptly to emails/WhatsApp/phone calls, are on top of the paperwork (all the legal requirements for landlords etc), and have a good network of contacts (a local representative to show the property, someone to do portable appliance testing or PAT, inventory clerks etc). I think Thirzie’s very strong visual sense and her clear judgment were critical in presenting the house and finding the right tenants. I would strongly recommend Thirzie and her team.

I’ve used Thirzie Hull for many years, after being recommended by several friends. She is great to work with (and her extended team). She has managed the tenancy on my 4 bed house for several years now with no problems at all. I also used her to sell a flat I owned in Forest Gate which went very smoothly despite many problems with the other owners in the building trying to sabotage the sale! She was always calm and professional. I recommend her to anyone who will listen. My friends have used her to rent, list their own place, sell their house… all with no problems

I’ve been working with Thirzie since the inception of her company, so quite a few years now, and she has let and at times managed three properties for me. Communication is always clear and open, and any issues are worked through collaboratively. Having worked with different agencies in the past, I’m genuinely thrilled to work with Thirzie. Her costs are transparent, and repair works are never inflated, which is something I unfortunately experienced elsewhere. On a personal note, it’s refreshing to work with someone who has a strong design ethic and understands how to present a property beautifully. She is also very careful in selecting the right tenants, taking the time to ensure we are all aligned. Highly recommended !

Thirzie was recommended by a friend who had a similar experience to me - selling an amazing but not run of the mill property and the buyer pulling out just before exchange. My friend had to start the whole process again, as did I, and this time I could tell straightaway that Thirzie was the right agent for my property. My house was unusual so I needed someone who could explain the joys of it to prospective buyers and who understood who it would suit and who it wouldn't. Thirzie was that person, she didn't waste any time, found the right buyer pretty quickly and the sale went through. She was a delight to deal with and had just the right approach during exchange and completion. Thirzie and her staff are super efficient, diligent, conscientious and caring. If only I had known about Thirzie from the start.

I inquired about a property that Thirzie’s company was advertising on Rightmove. Really appreciated her wide knowledge of the local area, and the personal service that a boutique company offers. I’m a first time buyer, so her wisdom came in handy. Images of the property were clearly taken with a keen eye, yet still did not do it justice which was a nice surprise! Even after the purchasing process was completed, she didn’t hesitate to help out with any further questions I had. All in all, a great experience!
