We instructed Tom Vaso at Stow Brothers after previously being with another agent and not really getting the progress we had hoped for, and the difference was noticeable from the outset. Tom has been nothing but professional, proactive and genuinely easy to deal with. What has stood out most for us is his responsiveness, he is always quick to come back to us, gives clear and sensible advice, and anything that needs actioning is dealt with promptly and followed up courteously. The whole process has felt very well managed, and we’ve always felt kept informed and confident that things are being progressed. We had a very positive experience with The Stow Brothers, particularly with Tom, who was professional, approachable and extremely helpful throughout the process. After waiting over 5 weeks with another agent without finding a tenant, we instructed Stow Brothers on 20 July and the difference was immediate. The team acted quickly and professionally, and within just 3 weeks we had a fully signed tenancy. I was actually away during much of the process, but Tom and the team kept everything running smoothly and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated. I had the pleasure of working with Silvio to rent a property and he made the whole process extremely smooth. Starting from day one, he was very quick to respond to my queries and kept me informed regarding the whole process. Busting the myth that all estate agents are shady, I cannot sing loudly enough my praises for Stow Brothers. I have been shown consideration, patience and, importantly, kindness throughout. There was a failed transaction followed by a successful one, which took us safely to exchange today. Everybody in the team was terrific, those people who carried out viewings, negotiators, sales progressors, all. And particular thanks for the empathy shown when the first deal fell through.
