GoogleI listed my flat with Rupert Collingwood at the London Broker. Rupert was fair and honest about what he expected to happen given the market and events at the time. His expertise was very well placed and therefore he was able to sell the flat at a fair price and from accepting the offer, we had completed the sale in under two months using a solicitor that Rupert had recommended. Personally, Rupert is a very kind and well mannered Gentleman and delightful to work with.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this agency. I contacted them a week in advance to arrange a viewing and followed up four days in a row each time being assured that I’d receive a callback. Unfortunately, nothing ever came. After expressing my frustration via email, I received an unpleasant and hostile call from one of the agents. Rather than addressing the issue or offering a solution, the agent was seemingly defensive and seemed more focused on questioning why I had emailed in upset about their lack of response and why I expected to secure a viewing within a week. This completely invalidated my concerns about the simple need for basic communication, such as providing updates on the progress of arranging a viewing. Even if the property had been perfect, I wouldn't move forward with this agency based on this experience. It’s clear from other reviews that this is not an isolated issue. If this is how they handle simple requests, I’m genuinely concerned about how they would manage more serious matters.

You were advised that we would contact you once access was confirmed, but unfortunately, this was not possible within your preferred time frame. Whilst we always strive to provide timely updates, arranging viewings for tenanted properties requires approval, which can sometimes take longer than expected. We appreciate that waiting can be frustrating, but without permission, access simply isn't possible. While we aim to keep applicants informed, we are unable to provide an update at every stage of the process. Our focus is on securing access as soon as possible and notifying interested parties once this is achieved. Following your email, a member of our team called you to discuss your concerns. We are sorry if this was not the response you were hoping for, but we can assure you that our intention was to explain the situation, not to be hostile. GoogleMy experience with The London Broker felt dismissive and unhelpful. I reached out during a short trip to London with the aim of securing a property before returning abroad. I’m a UK citizen, fully sponsored by my partner, who has strong income and a solid rental history abroad. While the initial contact was polite, I was passed to George, the agent for the property, who told me we couldn’t even view unless we agreed to pay 6 months upfront. This was said without reviewing our documents or situation. Even when we confirmed we could meet that request to fast-track the process, we received no further engagement. We’ve since found more helpful agents, but I hope this feedback encourages more flexibility and respect for serious applicants who don’t fit every conventional box.

GoogleVery unresponsive. I contacted them several times to arrange a viewing, and although someone from an affiliated agency reached out via WhatsApp promising to confirm availability, they completely ghosted me. Felt dodgy and unprofessional.

GoogleTried to organise a viewing with Alexander Vine. It took me three days, four calls to his secretary (he does not disclose his phone number), multiple emails before getting him to call me back and tell me the viewing would not take place. Very bad communication. If you want to sell your property, I'd suggest you try someone else.
