The worst agancy in the world ,unprofessional ppl, They lie Don't believe this agency Guys Don't waste your time dealing with this agency, my partner saw the apartment and liked it and we paid the deposit, they didn't take the apartment off the market and she waited a week and they didn't call her, until she called them and told them what was happening because they didn't start the contract procedures, and after another week of checking with refference ppl they gave her the approval that everything was fine and then they called her after 5 days, that is, two weeks before the date of taking the apartment and told her that the landlord didn't leave the apartment!!!!and my partner has no place to go and it is impossible for her to find another apartment in a very short time, until now she is in shock and very sad about what happened, very bad treatment from a person named Charlie, even when calling the agency no one answers, this is the worst agency you could deal with

In the 8 years of being in the property sector, I've never worked with estate agents like Chris & Carly. Threats of solicitors, threats of trying to extort me for over £6,000 for a property they have never sold. Company is run by 2 bullies, if they spent more time actually doing their job they would make some money opposed to extorting people.

Agents don’t seem to ever be at work here. Been calling Vanessa Daily every day this week, was told by an answering machine to leave a message and someone would get back to me with in 48 hours well it’s been almost a week and no one has contacted me back. I have sent Whatsapp messages too. I assume if she ever bothers to get back to me the property will be gone. I called the day after the property was listed so I feel like I’ve missed out on the chance at my dream home because she couldn’t be bothered to answer the phone and allow me the time to view and offer. Anyway I will continue my search excluding any properties listed with Vanessa in the future as she won’t answer the phone anyway.

Shown round a flat in South London by some rude dude who was surly and unpleasant from the get go! He got irate and refused to tell me why the property was being sold and said rudely 'you don't need to know that' I can only conclude he was trying to hide something. He said he was self employed when I asked for name of agency. I'm not surprised, he clearly has an attitude problem! Luckily the property wasn't right for us. I would suggest that you avoid this agency like the plague unless you're happy to deal with a rude,ignorant man like the guy we met! A very dodgy agency indeed!

As a buyer I would say Tony Gedge was really good at booking me in a viewing, arriving there slightly early and being polite and respectful. He had time to discus the property with me after the viewing however when negotiating with the vendor for me, it's been a rather slow affair and one that I'm feeling isn't going anywhere.

Terrible experience with the EA i dealt with

Terrible experience with the EA i was dealing with. Ghosted us for two weeks when we asked for a survey after making an offer and then it was like playing a game of cat and mouse. This EA wouldn't commit to putting anything in writing on emails. We lost money because of your dishonesty. In future be honest, if the seller is getting cold feet and does not want to sell then be transparent about it.

I’m not even doing business with the company. I get a notice via the post that I require to pay for the letter to be delivered, unaware at this point where the letter is coming from. Turns out it is from the estate agency, can’t even pay for their own stamps to deliver letters; I never even wanted your business, I never contacted you!
