We spent an entire year with one of the big-name estate agents and did not receive a single offer, and barely had any viewings or feedback from them. That all changed when we started working with Jorge and his team at The Avenue. Within just one week, they had already brought in offers, and within a month, they secured a fantastic offer for our flat that we happily accepted.
Jorge and his team were very highly responsive, knowledgeable and creative in selling our property. They provided excellent customer service throughout the sales process. They understood our property well and used that knowledge to effectively communicate its selling points to interested buyers. Once an offer was agreed, the team did an excellent job managing and communicating with the different stakeholders involved in the transaction - solicitors, buyer and us.
We highly recommend working with the Avenue and would like to do so again in the future.
