I’ve recently rented through The Accommodating Company. They are an amazing family team. John especially went out of his way to assist me in renting a flat close to my family, helping with all the paperwork without complaint. Sarah and Gill went above and beyond to get me moved in, all in a timely manner. It’s only been a few months, but I’m extremely happy and grateful for their support. They are easily contactable and always respond on time. I would definitely recommend them whether for Landlords or Tenants. One happy Tenant!

Any issues with the property that arose were responded to swiftly and the repair work was carried out to a high standard. I have just moved out of a property rented from The Accommodating company after four and a half years. They are a really friendly, helpful and professional company. Over the time I was renting with them there were a few niggles around the place that needed to be sorted, all of which were sorted out with in a day - some in the same day. Really friendly guys and down to earth. They asked us the standard questions and we were able to see a property the very next day. The lady even went out of her way to show us a flat after she had finished work. Unfortunately our situation changed and so we weren't able to proceed with the lovely flat they had. But I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and would thoroughly recommend their professional service. 5 star service.

They refused to call the council to replace smelly bins and informed if did not want to engage their contractor to hose the bins,they weren't prepared to do anything further.Called the council myself who replaced them for free.Why incur unneccessary charge for free service by the council?Services provided by contractor was so poor elderly leaseholder offered to do (and did) some gardening herself.After a whole year doing the garden had to point out to him entire lawn overridden by weeds and his idea of dealing with wonky plants was to tie them with a wire and hook to nails he drilled into the walls (really??).Even agent nearby remarked people have come in commenting about this company's unprofessionalism.

they are liars

I had a horrible experience with this firm. They lied to me for a whole week that they cannot reach the landlord to arrange a viewing but at the same time they had arranged different viewings and had given the house to someone else. I had to call them myself numerous times to find out about all of that and finally figured it was pointless. Whilst I waited for them, I lost time and wasted my nerves. On top of that, when I asked for a response to why I have been lied to, they hung up on me which is very unprofessional.

Most real estate agents are difficult to say the least. These guys do have some traits of a typical agency but they are really very helpful in difficult situations, where it really counts. Not too many agencies around London I'd recommend tbh, definitely few I can review to stay miles away from. But these guys are alright.
