Thames Lettings is definitely one of the best letting agencies I have ever dealt with. Starting from the beginning they demonstrated their professionalism and reliability. Both Robert and Jose are extremely helpful and trustworthy. Thus I can only recommend Thames Lettings as a solid letting agency committed to the highest level of ethical business standards when dealing with both tenants and landlords.

Thames Lettings is the best estate agency I have ever met. The team is doing amazing job. From the very first contact with them, I can feel their friendly and professional attitude. As a foreigner, they are very patient and try their best to help me when I encounter any problems and I don’t know who to call for help. It's an honor to meet them. If you want to find an estate agency, they are definitely the best choice.

Far and away the best experience I’ve had dealing with a letting agent in London. During my three year tenancy, the Thames Lettings staff were responsive, accommodating and reliable, and any fees incurred were both reasonable and clearly explained. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
