GoogleHaving rented a flat in Kensington with Thackerays for 2+ years, I can testify of their utter unprofessional conduct - regular email nagging, rude staff, lack of financial transparency, and to top it all they removed the terrace, with all my furniture on it, while I was away, without any notice of access or changes. Best agents to avoid.

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
