We rented an apartment through Tedworth in Belgravia. Hannah Wilson was the Tedworth agent. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. She was highly professional, responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs. I would highly recommend Hannah and Tedworth to prospective tenants and other clients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Agent Who Delivered the Impossible Selling my London flat was always going to be a challenge. It was a truly beautiful and stylish home, but I was facing significant personal complexities, navigating permissions, managing delicate negotiations, and, frankly, needing something of a miracle both financially and logistically. I consulted four of the most highly regarded agents in the area, yet it was Simon Tollit of Tedworth Property who stood apart in every way. Simon possesses that rare combination of deep market intelligence, decades of experience, impeccable discretion, and an instinct for unlocking hidden value. Where others offered formulaic approaches, ordinary communication and uninspiring valuations, Simon saw the true potential of my home and pulled out all the stops. Within just two weeks, he secured a buyer at 25% above the highest estimates from other agents, an extraordinary achievement in any market. More impressively, he managed the entire process with flawless diplomacy and finesse, navigating even the most difficult negotiations (including my ex) with an ease and confidence that was nothing short of remarkable. Tedworth Property may be a boutique agency, but that is precisely what makes it so exceptional. Simon’s clients are not just listings; they are individuals, each sale a carefully curated strategy. His attention to detail, his tireless commitment, brilliant communication, remarkable energy and his ability to achieve results beyond expectations make him a true force in prime London real estate. If you are selling a special home and want an agent who will elevate your property, maximize its value, and guide you through the process with intelligence, grace, integrity and utter professionalism, I cannot recommend Simon Tollit highly enough. A very rare brilliant energised expert in an industry often lacking his level of expertise and care.

Nicky Yazdi worked with Christian at Tedworth Property to find our client the perfect house in London. Christian was amazing from start to finish and went above and beyond to help with our search and property purchase - there is no way the sale would have got across the line without his hard work. Nicky would not hesitate to recommend Christian and the team at Tedworth Property and looks forward to working with them again in the future.

Tedworth , Robert and Sophie managed many elements promptly and professionally. Knowing were to go and how to overcome any problems very efficiently and effectively.I have had question marks over the added value of estate agent support in the past, however ,after using tedworth I can confirm the service provides a huge add on value to the process of selling a property.

We have worked with Sophie and Robert over multiple transactions and are delighted to have recently completed the sale of our family home. They are both amazingly professional and in equal measure caring and generous. Nothing was too much trouble. Always available for advice, even whilst on holiday! We would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future. A joy to work with.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I was so impressed with the level of enthusiasm that Simon showed for my listing, especially given that I was selling a small 1 bedroom flat rather than a large family home. The level of care shown throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Needless to say that we achieved a very good outcome in a tough market.
