The location feels very safe. The apartment is extremely clean, quiet, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. GoogleResided at Sunday Mills for around 18 months and the time flew by. I loved the studio I was in and the staff were always really friendly and willing to help with any issues I encountered (albeit these were rare). The gym was always clean and had modern equipment. The rooftop views were good and the area Sunday Mills is located in is lovely. Would recommend if looking for a nice quiet area to live in that is close to a train that is fast into central London.

studio is fine but rules are ridiculously strict.
ALL staff have master keys to studio and often walk into apartments without announcing or knocking.
contract clearly states that you must give notice before going to or searching a flat but staff do not adhere to this at all.
was awoken by a staff member entering my flat at 10am on a Monday morning, obviously assuming I was at work, by the time I was awake the door had been quickly shut as if they were afraid to have been caught.
don’t feel safe here at all as it has happened to multiple residents and also reported to the team but they have done nothing but reassure that we are safe, which is evidently not the case.
will not be leaving valuables out when I leave and will be attempting to prematurely terminate my contract due to this.
does not feel like home AT ALL.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We take our residents privacy seriously, as investigated at the time and discussed, our house keeper did use their fob on your studio door in error. They were expecting to find an empty studio for an end of tenancy clean and there was confusion over the studio number. We have since put a new policy in place that the team use, it is to announce entry before opening a door regardless of if they think it is a vacant studio or not. Once again, we apologise for any bad feelings that this caused you at the time.

GoogleEverything seems to be ok. But my locked cycle was stolen from within the bike store and the building management just sent a mail with police reference number. This ref number is of no use for insurance claim as they require soft copy of the report.
The incident occurred inside the building, where there are two level of key access needed to enter bike store. Instead of compensating or helping me in getting my claim sorted they are acting so unprofessional.

GoogleQuite a nice place with potential but very very strict and ridiculous rules - never heard of such things for renters paying high prices, like friends unable to stay when not present. For £1750/month that is absurd, felt like I was 8 years old again and my parents setting the rules 😂 Also staff not really helpful at all with any issues, 2 issues occurred with my room, staff actioned 5 weeks later. Staff just rude and unhelpful often too, once a renter was trying to figure out how to make the washing machine work and the staff asked me to help her when I clearly indicated I needed to catch a flight. Staff member was just playing on phone in reception.
Left rental early due to family health issues and staff demanded I return key (5 weeks earlier than contact finished).

It is important that residents are responsible for their guests and therefore with them when they visit, this is also a way to ensure that no Sub Letting takes place and the people we have in the building are known to us, all of which is listed in the licence agreement that you would have signed before your term started.

The gym is very well equipped and so is the laundry room. Also, the shared kitchen is a great place to cook and enjoy your meals with friends.
