GoogleI had an excellent experience with Student Luxe, especially thanks to the amazing help from Rongrong and Lina. After an unexpected issue with my first accommodation, Rongrong patiently guided me through the process of finding and securing a new place. She was understanding, professional, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable.
Once I moved in, Lina provided outstanding follow-up support, particularly with arranging my luggage delivery. She was responsive, proactive, and ensured everything went smoothly.
Overall, I’m very grateful for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend Student Luxe, and especially Rongrong and Lina, to any student looking for reliable and caring housing support!

GoogleStayLuxe were recommended to me via a colleague who booked a London apartment (through their sister company Student Luxe) for their daughter’s stay near UCL. Must say, I hardly ever leave reviews on here but my word the service was excellent, especially from Sasha. She took me out for a coffee + showed me how to use the climate cooling in my apartment during this summer’s heatwave in London. There were loads of small gestures throughout the last 6 months, and this kind of service is hard to find these days. All in all, another great stay has prompted me to leave a message, so thanks to everyone at Stay Luxe - highly recommended to those looking for Central London serviced apartments.

Googleİve booked a stay for the apartment in MileEnd road, this was my first renting experience in London and i have never experienced a worse stay in my entire life. There were problems in the beginning with lack of communication and awareness which followed until the end of my stay. Problems with wifi, bad quality appliances, a broken shower head which was supposed to be fixed weeks before and still isnt. A heater problem which has been making a constant noise for 4 days. Not to mention the location of the house. I dont know about the other properties in student luxe but please for your sake dont rent "THE QUEENS BEAUMONT SUITES".

Firstly, I was extremely disappointed to learn first-hand about your poor experience following your booking with us, and again extend my sincerest apologies. The service level in your current building fell way below the usual standards one should expect when booking with Student Luxe.
We have been in constant communication with the maintenance team involved to try and resolve the issues you encountered. Ultimately, we’re not satisfied with their performance, and as a result, this building will no longer be part of the Student Luxe portfolio.
Whilst we did offer to relocate you to another property, we understand this wasn’t something that you wanted to do. The simple fact you had a negative experience is enough to deeply sadden us, and we have taken all feedback onboard to ensure this never happens again in future.
Whilst we have rightfully provided you with some compensation for your troubles, compensation alone cannot undo your negative experience in Mile End. So, if you’re willing to give us another chance, I’m confirming again that we would like to offer you a discount for your next semester’s stay - and the opportunity to transform your experience with us into a positive one.
Rest assured, there will be no accommodation team in London more committed to ensuring you have the best stay possible.
Once again, please accept my apologies on behalf of the entire team - and I hope you'll give us the chance to make things right for you next year.

GoogleI highly recommend using Student Luxe and particularly Edduardo for booking your stay in London. We live in the US and were booking for our daughter and her friends for a month while they studied at LSE. Edduardo was super attentive and responsive with our many questions, answering phone calls and inquiries on weekends and late at night. The flat exceeded our expectations. It was clean, modern, and beautiful, had many amenities including a cleaning service, and had a prime location. Edduardo even hosted a reception to meet the students in the lobby shortly after they moved in. He created two separate group chats for the parents in our group and for the students to communicate with him if we had any questions from the time we were booking to the end of their stay. I cannot recommend Student Luxe and Edduardo enough!

After inquiring, one of their sales managers, Thanathorn Oui-Panich, reached out to me immediately and helped me locate and book the perfect property that met all of my requests. I can confirm after staying in the accommodation that they arranged it perfectly and it satisfied all of my needs. Thanathorn was also extremely attentive throughout the whole booking process. I definitely would recommend using them especially if you’re a student looking for a seamless booking and living experience!!!
