Facebookuseless been waiting months for my toilet to be fixed come home today to my boiler not working which I've never had a gas safety certificate for absolutely rubbish communication with anyone from streetsahead a complete joke

We’ve spoken to our Property Maintenance Department who have said that they’ve been in touch with you and have managed to arrange a contractor appointment for today, to look at your toilet and boiler. We have a FixFlo online maintenance system, which can be used to report maintenance problems 24/7. We believe you have now been sent the link for this. FacebookI had originally marketed my house through a no-commission estate agency service; this proved to be both a false economy and a waste of time. I switched to Streets Ahead who within a few days arranged an open day which brought about 4 offers, one of which I accepted and I've now exchanged. The persons involved were Kai, Faye and Maryjane who matched the right buyer to the right house.

Staff was friendly and polite at every contact. George appeared to show interest in my specific need and regularly make contact with me to check the advertised properties. My contact never showed sign of frustration despite turning down couple of the properties shown to me.
