I recently purchased through Stirling Ackroyd as a first time buyer, and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service. Victoria, Jan, Saima and the team were fantastic at ensuring things were pressing along in a timely manner, chasing sellers and solicitors likewise. I dealt with another agent prior to Stirling Ackroyd and I can say they are head and shoulders above the others. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Simon and his team have all been brilliant. There is a nice flow of communication so you know what is going on, you never have to chase, they have great market knowledge which they share freely, and to top it all they are just nice people to deal with which makes the (quite stressful) process of selling your home much easier than it could be. Sold my property with Stirling Ackroyd recently. It fell though the first time and the team simply started again with the same levels of enthusiasm as they had at the start. Aimee was brilliant in getting viewings in and really sticking with it. I found the Chatsworth Road branch and Stirling Ackroyd at a wider level to be professional, courteous and responsive throughout the sales period from branch manager Simon to the sales progress team who got the sale over the line and worked seamlessly with mine and the buyer's solicitors. To the point of getting it under offer I left SA to run with it, holding keys, organising viewing and providing feedback. During the sales process Zoe was responsive to my queries and a key component of getting it to completion. Stirling Ackroyd's William Davey was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to his highly professional, friendly, informative and patient manner, he was able to transform what should have been a confusing and stressful process into a largely enjoyable one. As swiss nationals moving to the UK for the first time, my finacée and I naturally had a huge number of questions and concerns that needed to be addressed. We were more than a little worried about our chances of finding an apartment in such a short time frame. Will was able to answer all of our questions in a way that was not only satisfactory but also encouraging and efficient. He helped us to iron out the kinks in our negotiations with the landlord and happily educated us on the ins and outs of renting in London. He also went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our communication with Donna Collette, the move-in manager, went as smoothly as possible. Overall I'd say that my fiancée and I are very happy with the service that we recieved and would absolutely recommend Stirling Ackroyd and especially William Davey to anybody whom it may concern.
