GoogleOur experience renting from Mohammed was genuinely terrible. We had multiple serious issues that were handled in an extremely unprofessional manner.
• We were left without a working toilet for nearly a week, and instead of addressing it quickly, Mohammed blamed us for breaking his already-faulty toilet.
• He sent unqualified workers to “fix” things, they would often watch YouTube tutorials on how to repair appliances and spend hours (or even days) trying to complete simple jobs.
• These workers frequently arrived very late and stayed well into the night, making us feel uncomfortable, especially as they were not professional or friendly.
• When we raised concerns about having no toilet for 5 days and no fridge for over 2 weeks, Mohammed called us “prejudiced” and “sad.”
• He ignored our messages for two weeks regarding the fridge, and his tone throughout our tenancy was consistently rude and abrupt.
• Before signing, he promised to be attentive and said the flat “meant a lot” to him as it belonged to his uncle, but once we moved in, he constantly referred to it as “my house” and made us feel unwelcome in what was supposed to be our home.
• When moving out, he illegally held our deposit for two weeks, only releasing it after we mentioned legal action and contacting a higher authority.
• Overall, he was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional, creating an incredibly uncomfortable living environment.
We’ve since moved elsewhere and have had no issues with our new landlord, a night-and-day difference.
I would never recommend renting from Mohammed or this company, not even to my worst enemy.

We would like to clarify that during your tenancy we attended to all reported maintenance concerns and arranged multiple visits from qualified contractors. On several occasions, our team experienced verbal abuse and felt uncomfortable while carrying out repairs, which made it more difficult to complete the work efficiently.
When you vacated the property, it was left in a condition requiring significant cleaning and redecoration. As a gesture of goodwill, a family member of yours agreed to compensate part of the re-painting costs, even though the amount covered was less than half of what was required. Despite this, we accepted the contribution and released the deposit promptly once the agreed payment was made.
We understand that experiences can vary, but we believe we acted fairly and within the legal requirements throughout your tenancy. We wish you well in your new home.
