GoogleStanley Property were hugely helpful while myself and my sister were renting a lovely flat in Fulham. In particular, Joshua Lee was incredible proactive as our point of contact, and happy to assist with any issues we had at the property, alongside assisting with any questions we had before, during and after our tenancy. Would highly recommend these estate agents to anyone looking in the area

GoogleI can only speak highly of Josh and Stanley Property London. Josh went above and beyond to agree our tenancy. He has been responsive, proactive and incredibly knowledgeable since very start of the process. Josh is definitely fresh air in a smelly and lazy industry. The quality and standards delivered by him and his team are exceptional and definitely higher than what other agents in London are offering right now. I honestly recommend them.

GoogleJoshua Lee MARLA was an amazing and one of the most professional estate agents that we’ve had the pleasure of working with. He stayed in touch via email and phone calls to see how our property search was going and how he was able to further help us with our search, advice and explanation of the entire leasing process which is a rarity amongst other agents that we have found. He always emailed and followed up re properties that he felt was an ideal fit for my family and I. He was very attentive to my requirements and STUCK to our budget request which was very important to us as some agents with other companies just didn’t understand the importantance of this. Having an agent who listens to your requirements and tries to help tick all the boxes is very important when looking for a property to rent as it is already a stressful process to search for the right property, the last thing you want is an agent that goes out of left field and doesn’t adhere to what you’re trying to articulate and communicate and he WAS NOT that agent he was very attentive to our property needs and search. Excellent!!! I highly recommend Joshua for anyone who is looking to rent and I will surely approach him again for our property needs in the future. GoogleThe agency failed to obtain my written consent to release my deposit. They did nothing to compensate me for a loss which was in breach of the contract. I have worked in the property industry for 10 years and unfortunately your response below is incorrect. You can not release the deposit without written consent from all parties. Your Property manager confirmed that they did this in error and apologized for the error. I have been the lead tenant at the property for 5 years and there was change of sharers in this time. This required both tenants confirming the deposit release and the banking details. I would refer back to your email communication where this was clearly stated and acknowledged by the property manager.
