GoogleMy younger brother and I recently graduated from our universities and were looking for a property to rent within the same area as our mother. We came across Sherwoods International properties and met Hamza. He helped us find a 2 bedroom flat with an extremely attractive rent price (suited our finances) very swiftly within the same area as our mother.
He was extremely kind, friendly and responded very quickly to our requests and relieved us of any worries we had during the letting process. The flat was professionally cleaned prior to entry, keys were handed in smoothly and a detailed inventory list (with images) was provided.
We are extremely pleased with Hamza and would highly reccomend visiting this agency as you'll get a more tailored 1:1 help on an individual basis that the larger firms aren't able to provide.

TrustpilotUntrustworthy and unprofessional
This property agency is unscrupulous, unprofessional and misleading in order to get you to sign leases for the properties that they manage.

Ms. NERISSA NAIDU and Mr. NILESH MOODLEY. Thank you for your kind review on our company, it is a shame you decided to run off without handing back your keys or paying your rent. As you are still legally bound by the lease you signed and your apartment is empty, I do hope you respond to our solicitors and pay the rent and costs you owe.
