Avoid this absolute incompetent pathetic company who cancelled my contract for a flat within minutes of me signing it, because the company I work for changed address within the same trading block and I had full proof of this that I could of easily of gave them before if they had bothered to do their job properly and asked me for it at the time when they should of.But I’m glad it didn’t go through because knowing what I know about this company now I’m miles better off. Avoid Avoid AVOID!!!!

YellManager Ros is very unprofessional
The manager of this company, named Ros is so unprofessional and very rude. Ros makes it clear that she does not want to spend her time talking with you and when she does speak with you she is very pattonising and raises her voice saying things like "WE DONT HAVE TO SPEAK". Please be aware of this if you do wish to let a property through this company.

YellPathetic estate management company. Shambolic attitude and practices.
Absolute horrendous experience.Lived in a building managed by Sheraton Management in central London - Wesminster area.They’re running a scam-like operating model charging extremely high uncompetitive prices for business as usual tasks. The contract was riddled with hidden charges, service charges etc. Nearly everyone I spoke to during the course of 1 year that I lived in this building was extremely rude. Shambolic attitude.STAY AWAY FROM THEM. DO NOT LIVE IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS MANAGED BY SHERATON MANAGEMENT.They have a shady massage parlour operating in one of the flats they manage in the building and upon bringing this into their notice they conveniently pleaded ignorance to any such knowledge.

Awfull! this agency hangs up the phone if they not are interested on you, they showed me a flat i beeen very interested and i stayed 3 days triying to contact the agent. Finally i got tired to call them and they losed me as a tenant and i wasted my time with them. I dnt recommend them, their workers are very rude and not professional.
