Sharon is more than just another estate agent. We decided to sell having had a failed attempt with a high street agent and was recommended Sharon by a close friend. Without question she knows the market. She did her research and accurately predicted what she thought the property was worth. From day one she was 'on it'. I loved her feedback but more than anything she takes it on personally. She wants the process to be as stress free as possible. She treats her buyers with utter respect and nurtures the deal to go as smoothly as possible.
We can only thank Sharon and her team for everything they did for us in getting our sale through. It was a testing time but without doubt she was the one who managed it all the way along. We built a great relationship with trust, belief and fondness. We felt her professionalism and people skills were excellent and her manner always agreeable and sunny.
We can highly recommend Sharon to future sellers and with her knowledge and understanding of the market in South London why would you not use her.
