We rented office space for just over two years at Devonshire House, One Mayfair Place. Joelle Nader was the office manager throughout our time. Her service and speed of response was excellent throughout. The reception team were also very good, helpful and friendly. The quality of space and facilities were excellent. We were very happy to hold client meetings as the environment was very good. Servcorp is not the cheapest, but read the contract and T&Cs to avoid any surprises. A great experience. We had an outstanding experience at Servcorp Mayfair, and I can’t say enough good things about the level of service. Rosie, the receptionist, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful, ensuring that our meeting was set up smoothly. She went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, making sure our stay was stress-free. The location itself is fantastic, but it’s the warm and professional staff that make it exceptional. . Glaucia is my GO-TO she truly goes above and beyond to help me EVERYTIME. From the moment she joined Servcorp, she has shown incredible dedication and attention to detail. I’m so grateful for her support and expertise. Highly recommend this Company also!

Another scam service

Another scam service. Would not recommend. They can promise everything to you, but you will get absolutely nothing. Stay away from them. The only way they rank on Google is because they buy their reviews and backlinks. Even a loud coffee shop is a better option then their spaces.

Leadenhall Building they are Total scammers and unethical companies. I will charge you £18 for leaving a cup in the sink.£10 to print plus £1 a page. There are no meeting rooms, only a boardroom for £120 per hour, with a minimum of a 4-hour booking. No access to the building for 4 months, which they deem acceptable, yet other tenants come in after and walk around with cards. They will think you stupid

I could never thank Adele Pascale, Team Leader at Servcorp Mayfair for introducing me to this excellent office. She has been very proactive and professional in showing me all the benefits and business potentials that such a gorgeous co-working space entails. After nearly a year from establishing my office in this location, I can't really ask for more. Terribly disappointing service

I was a client of Servcorp Mayfair for a period of 12 months in 2017.I have to say it has been a truly disappointing experience and I can only question the seriousness of the other Trustpilot reviews here.Below is a list of facts that has happened to me; if may or may not happen to you:- Over a period of 2 weeks, I've been changed location 4-5 times with either no notice or a 5 minutes notice, literally just coming to the office the next day to find my stuff moved to another part of the floor.- Extremely opaque pricing structure; I have been charged for things like "not pushing the chairs back to the table in a conference room after the conference - 20£ ish" and "having someone give me a deliveroo from the reception - 9£". Moved an extra chair into an office ? 40£ per month. And you won't know about it until the invoice comes and it's too late.- Took me 6 months to get back my deposit and circa 10 follow-up e-mails.- When I left, I kept the address on our website for an extra day, they then said that it meant I'm now using some kind of virtual address package even though I never signed for it, nor ever agreed to it; and that I could cancel it with one month notice if I wanted to.... even though I wasn't there anymore, I had left.Most of the people that I saw on day one were no longer there when I left a year later.

There is nothing better than being greeted by the ladies at reception. They are without doubt the heart of Servcorp. Foreign clients who come for meetings always comment on how welcoming they are, and it is that positive first impression that any business needs to ensure a fluid and long lasting relationship with clients and fellow professionals. Unacceptable charges and bad customer service

Bad experience... poor customer service... high fees for simple things (they charge you £7.50 for receptionist to use scanner)I have been charged a £30 fee for credit card being declined (this is because card being expired), they have the time to chase me up after credit card being declined (due to card being expired) but they didn't bother to chase me up before processing the card, accounts department says that it is in terms and conditions if the card is being declined then £30 fee would be charged, I tried to convince them that it is their responsibility to chase me up but they are saying it's my responsibility.What ever the reason but £30 fee just because card has been expired is not at all acceptable

Situated in one of London's most prestigious buildings, the coworking space provided access to top-notch facilities, complemented by the exceptional service of their receptionists. They expertly managed my clients' calls with the utmost professionalism, catering to my preferences.
