A hassle free & fully managed property sale service

I was using RentMyHome before SellMyHome which belongs to the same business group I guess. It was a seamless sale experience to me as most matters were dealt with directly by SellMyHome teams. Daniel who was my account manager assisted me right from the beginning to the very end. From sales price research to arranging viewings and negotiating with buyers, you can trust them always putting your interests as top priority; from sales agreed to sales completion, you can rely on them to keep tracking progress on your behalf and make sure it get completed soonest possible. So yeah, a perfect experience I enjoyed from SellMyHome. :) We'll be renting out and selling again at some point next year, so I expect we'll continue using their services without a second thought!

Great service/excellent communication

Great service from the whole team, Sharon and Felix were brill. Made extra effort to schedule viewings outside of work times. Sarah in particular was fantastic, excellent communication and a very friendly, lovely lady. Prompt replies and always available to chat over the phone. Amazing service from start to finish!

From the very first phonecall right through to the day our property was sold, Sell My Home were extremely professional in both their communications & service. They were always quick to let us know that viewings had been requested via the online system, and would be very efficient in following up with them for feedback, meaning that we were always kept in the loop. At offer stage, and despite our main contact being out of the office on that particular day, the rest of the team could not have been more helpful in dealing with our negotiations and keeping us informed of the situation. We managed to get everything tied up that same day!I know many people who think the process of buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful you can experience, but for us it could not have been more stress-free. I'll never go high street agent again...

I cannot fault Sellmyhome as a selling agent - for the price I had more attention and support than some high street agents. Mine was a tricky sale of a park home with lots of pitfalls and regulations so prospective buyers had to be screened quite carefully. Sellmyhome were thoughtful, smart and upbeat - considering they're not chasing commission their customer service is second to none. I sold to the right buyer and have had personal followup since from my account manager. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - it's a slick setup aimed at minimising your stress.

Very Smooth process

We decided to go down the online estate agent route and were delighted we did so. Sell My Home were very helpful throughout and guided us through the process expertly. The viewing process was slightly more complicated than using high street agents but this was only marginal and we actually found it was useful to do the selling on a more personal basis anyway. The savings you make is a complete no brainer in our opinion.We had an offer accepted over the asking price within a week of being on the market!

Great job Sell My Home

When we put our house on the market we decided to go with Sell My Home as we seen some very good reviews about them on the internet. They didn't disappoint. Through them we attracted the right people to view our property and we had an offer soon enough and ended up making a sale. Even down to the sale management completion they were excellent in closing the deal. Sell My Home

I cannot recommend Sell My Home highly enough. Online estate agency is the way forward but a lot of the bigger sites have already lost the customer relation side which is so important when it comes to buying/selling houses. Not so with Sell my Home. They had the best, most motivated, friendliest and professional sales team I have ever encountered even when compared to traditional high street agencies. They knew their stuff and helped at every step of the process from setting the price to taking the photos and setting up my property's online portal to communicating with the solicitors and other agents in the chain and were always contactable. Their website was excellent - easy to use and very informative. And their results were excellent. My property sold 3 weeks after going online with Sell My Home at the price I needed to sell it at and I saved myself well over 10,000 GBP in estate agency fees leaving me free to spend the money on kitting out my new house. My dedicated member of the Sell My Home sales team, Harry, was fantastic throughout and I will not hesitate to use Sell My Home next time I move house. Great experience, very keen staff

Decided to sell our home using an online agent and settled on SellMyHome. The staff we spoke to were very keen and we trusted they were doing everything necessary in order to get the house sold. Unlike some other online agents they don't insist you use their preferred solicitors and don't charge you a fee for going with your own, which was a big plus for us. We did opt to pay a fee for the post-sale service but again this is optional. House was sold, got the house we wanted, it all went very well. Would use them again but don't plan on moving anytime soon!

Highly recommended, save yourself a fortune on estate agent fees!

I did extensive research to try and find the best estate agent to sell our house, initially I thought another well known online agent was the best just because they were on TV... Then I looked deeper into the reviews and found that once your house was under offer, they weren't interested in helping you complete the sale. I found a few similar companies that also had the same feedback. The traditional estate agents charged a small fortune so they were out of the running for us! I then found sellmyhome and the reviews said the whole process was very professional, great service, friendly people, brilliant after sales and sales progression, which it was, every part of it was true. We were sent some beautiful flowers by sellmyhome the day before the photographer arrived which was a lovely touch. The photos of our house were exceptional, the guy really knew his stuff, the angles and lighting perfect for every room, the pictures led you from one room to the next so a buyer could really see how the house flowed. I've kept the photos as an everlasting memory of our house looking its absolute best!The ad went live and within 2hrs we had a request to view, the couple came 2 days later and within a few hours offered full asking price. We opted for the sales completion package, which if you aren't very familiar or confident with the buying and selling house process is well worth the extra money, it wasn't even very expensive. It meant sellmyhome were the go-between for the entire chain, chasing solicitors and agents etc. negotiating offers and keeping everyone in the loop. We had issues with both ends of the chain through the process however Will and Harry @sellmyhome between them helped to ensure everything stayed as on track as they could, some things were totally out of their realms of abilities due to the 'difficult man' we purchased from and the person at the beginning of the chain who dropped out halfway through! The people buying our house used the other well known agent to sell their house that I had considered, these agents were as useful as a chocolate fireguard, they did exactly what I had read in the reviews, which was pretty much nothing once their house was under offer, they failed to communicate with anyone, Harry from sellmyhome ended up doing their job for them! I won't pretend it was a stress-free experience, it was really frustrating at times with the things that happened however these weren't due to sellmyhome, without them we would still be sat in our old house waiting for things to happen, they really did earn their pennies for sales completion! If we ever moved again, or if someone I knew was looking to move, I would have no hesitation in recommending sellmyhome. With the added bonus that the fees are considerably lower than a high street/local estate agent with an exceptional service in with the bargain. Many thanks especially to Harry, he was buying a house himself at the same time, so he could completely relate to our experience, quite how he kept sane with all that going on himself I don't know! Also thanks to Will and the other members of the sellmyhome team, everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. Wishing all of you the very best for the future!

Just do it!

If you're thinking about selling with an online agent but unsure, I'd recommend this company. They practically hold your hand all the way and it's shocking that other estate agents can charge thousands for the same service.I was unsure about DIY home selling as I was a first time seller. After being quoted £2,500 by local estate agents, I decided it was worth a punt at using sellmyhome. I checked a few other online agents but eventually came back to sellmyhome because they were very friendly, helpful, supportive and not at all pushy. That meant a lot to me as a customer. They also had excellent reviews, I won't lie, I'm used to taking the reviewers shortcut.When I finally told Charlie I was ready to sell, it was a sunny Wednesday afternoon in early August. The following day, the photographer was round taking flattering pics and doing the energy rating. On Friday morning, Charlie called to check I was happy with the pictures and by the afternoon, my house was live on rightmove and other portals. By 5pm that day, I had received 2 calls from the sellmyhome team to confirm viewing appointments. I had my first viewings on the Saturday and my first offer on Sunday!The final offer I accepted was exactly 2 weeks from when the house was listed. Charlie and the team were excellent throughout with communication and advice on a number of issues, really couldn't have asked for more. I'm pretty sure they were doing more in the background than I paid them for...Moving house is stressful in many ways but I can honestly say, the team at sellmyhome took a great part of that stress for me and at a price I was very satisfied with and a service that was flawless. The Customer Experience Company - Sellmyhome.co.uk DELIVER!

I think it is fair to say that all people might have their reservations when it comes to trying new "disruptive" business models in any industry, that is no different to the Estate Agency market. There was a huge outcry from "Traditional" Estate agents we had discussions with about using "online", during our own purchasing process. Doom mongering and dissuading us regarding our flirtation with the "new". But being contrary folk and looking for a fix we jumped into the deep end going for the full packing with the Sellmyhome team. You have to assess any business decision on the Risks and ROI. The risk with Sellmyhome is exceptionally low, you have most channels to market through digital these days, and most estate agents who have tried to sell us into seeing homes in the past had missed the mark and wasted our time - so the traditional sell that you get additional viewings can be true but it's a false economy. People are particular with their future "home" and largest capital investment, they know what they want and what they can afford. So whilst footfall is important, you want the right people viewing your property, the the price is therefore also essential - a number of traditional agents massively overvalued our property to try and get our business which would have been a waste of our time. Sellmyhome set the price after a solid diagnostic on the actual sales (vs price listings) in our market (Putney) and therefore priced our house as it should have been. This demonstrated that defining the risks can be different. The ROI however is huge and obvious, fundamentally we would, AND NOW HAVE, saved in the region of £14,000 on our sale. No brainer. Aside from the the technicalities of a sale process comes the single most important part of any "services or "middle man" business. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. From the clarity of packages available to us (bespoke offerings for everyone), to getting the marketing/photography done (which was the best we've had), to most importantly the consultation/analysis of the sale price; all were conducting accurately, professionally, transparently and with ease of contact and timeliness. Just what we wanted, nothing is a hassle to them. From here on in the process was great. Technology underpins every successful company these days and the platform Sellmyhome use to ensure you are on top of viewings, up to speed on offers, questions, you name it it provided it. We were constantly in the loop through automated emails OR your account manager calling you with more complex issues. The technology combined with polite, available and market savvy staff is a brilliant combination. Finally and an piece that few recognise as a huge plus point, is the access to your buyer. I spoke regularly with my purchaser, which is not something our last Estate Agent wanted or in fact allowed last time around. It makes the whole process run smoother. This doesn't mean the team weren't there when needed to offer professional advice during the negotiating process. But small issues get ironed out faster. Suffice to say we received an offer at asking price (among other offers) after 4-5 working days. We've now sold. Great work team and please all use Sellmyhome.co.uk

First of all I would like to thank Will for his service, hard work and patience when dealing with me. My experience with Sellmyhome.co.uk was excellent. As I was not familiar with the concept and I was reluctant to transfer money upfront. However the potential savings were considerable, and further browsing showed no negative signs, so after making a few phone calls I chose sellmyhome. I wanted to get involved with the sale of my property and did quite a bit of work to prepare the advert, sellmyhome then did the rest. My login space on their website was very well done , and clear. So organising the viewings was easy. (In our case, there was so much interest that sellmyhome arranged all the viewings over the phone for me, everything was then put down for me on the website). Then as we received offers, again we got help for organising this. As our experience was so good we decided to use sellmyhome for the negotiating. Their help and advise before exchanging was very welcome, because our offer was much higher than the evaluation, the client wanted to re-negociate and I was able to get prompt advise, as to how to act. It felt like we worked together in a very open manner in order to get the best possible results and ensure satisfactory procedure of the sale, whilst still attending to the need of the buyer. I have shared my experience of using an e-agent to friends and relatives and mentioned that sellmyhome were excellent.

Professional, easy and value for money

I used Sell my Home at the beginning of this year to sell my house after looking at some high street real estate agents and couldn't justify their costs. My house has been up for sale with two high street agents previously and not sold in 18 months. Sell my Home offered the same service with an added benefit of the online booking system at a fraction of the cost. I sold me house within a week! A professional photographer came out to do the photos and floor plans. I had chosen the top package so I had an A4 hard card gloss brochure to hand out to prospective buyers. They were very impressive and high quality. On the high street, they were doing their own photos with a digital camera and low quality. My house went live on the websites on the Tuesday, I had two viewings booked in by Thursday via the online system which allowed me to accept or decline viewing times. But the surprise was that on the Saturday I had a late appointment booked in for the Sunday. On the high street, this appointment may never have got through because of the time it was sent. I accepted and these were my buyers. Sell my Home did the negotiations which was included in my package. It was easy, they were professional and honest throughout the whole process. I would recommend Sell my Home to people. They offer a more professional service, allow you to decide what level package and control the process of selling your home for a fraction of the cost.

OUTSTANDING!!! Couldn't be happier with the service!

I was initially concerned about going with an online estate agent however I couldn't be happier that we did. We saved approximately £3,500 and had a far better service than we have experienced with high street chains. Pros - They answered the phone every time we rang, beyond times that normal estate agents would be accessible. - They gave lots of well justified advice. Will was very helpful! - We got so much interest. We were concerned that high street estate agents know buyers to call and we would miss out, however the process has shown me that being on Rightmove and Zoopla is where most will see the property. - The iPhone app made the process even quicker and easier to check up on. - Price was fantastic! Cons - None.
