Furthermore they are local people who know the community and exactly what it has to offer so they are excellent ambassadors for SW14. I found David and Monika to be proactive, communicative, flexible, honest and resilient. They had a realistic understanding of the market and secured completion within eight weeks of listing the property. GoogleWe all have battle scars and war stories from moving house, and naturally your perception of how complicated the transaction is or was, is relative to your property experience and personal demeanor. What I would say about Sceon & Berne particularly is that David McKenna personally went to bat for us on a complicated move, remaining calm, realistic and good humoured throughout. Had he not have gone the extra mile, the deal would have fallen over. We're were happily housed last year, largely thanks to him. Highly recommended.

We were impressed by their exceptional local knowledge and wealth of experience, but above all (and despite the busy time of year) what really stood them apart was the incredible individual attention we received from them. They made us feel as if we were their only clients and as a result we felt fully supported throughout every step of the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
