Professional, organised, and very helpful with the whole process from start to finish - after sales is also amazing, their property management team got in contact with us after a day or two to check that everything is ok. Their team is organised and we never felt pushed nor pressured into any viewings, or saying yes. They listened to us. Honest and never treated us as a simple sales pipeline. GoogleRenting a house through Jamie was easily the best experience both myself and my partner had ever had with a real estate agent. He was engaging, knowledgeable, responsive and very professional at all times. The entire experience was seamless and we'd recommend him (the office) to anybody else looking to rent.

GoogleUseless, enquired and after not having any response after 36 hours, called twice (two different offices) and was told no one was there to speak to. Tried to book a viewing for a corporate client but wasn't allowed, only that they could take my details and speak to me tomorrow, even though it was 1pm in the afternoon? Clearly dont want the business, i dont think the landlord who chose them to represent their property would be very happy!

GoogleReally disappointing experience. We moved into our house which was presented by Jamie and it was lovely. Unfortunately when it came to the move in date two of the four rooms were not ready or habitable. It took four days for Jamie to get the rooms ready dispite it being in violation of the tennecy agreement we signed with Savills. We could not stay there but even though he could not wait to wash his hands of us. I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman and persuaded the landlords to move to another estate agent.

GoogleGreat experience working with Savills. You are lucky if you get to work with Ioanna - great job done by her! End to end experience was amazing - right from the viewings to the contract signing and finally the move and check-in, everything was seamless. We viewed apartments through multiple agencies and working with Savills was the best. They have the best collection of houses in the market, and offer the best services.
