GoogleAs letting agents, Savills offer a high quality service, combining a high level of market expertise with a willingness to "go the extra mile" for customers. The Hyde Park office executes very effectively on this approach, with Guy and Chiara putting a lot of energy into making sure that their lettings are successful.
As a landlord, I had a problem with good quality tenants who - for personal reasons that were no fault of their own - had to leave the country before their rental term was over. Guy communicated professionally throughout the process, explaining my options to protect my position, while still acting fairly towards the tenants. He also made it a priority to find replacement occupants for my property in a timely fashion. Meanwhile Chiara made sure that all of the many details of the transition were handled well.
Overall, a good company, and a good option for both landlords and tenants.

GoogleWorst estate agent in the area!! My partner and I tried to arrange a viewing for a 2 bed property in Devonshire Terrace and it was not possible to do this.
No one answers the phone from the estate agent, just go straight to Head Office. There is no follow up
My boyfriend emailed and received unreasonable responses for viewings - originally suggested us to come ASAP for a viewing or just was not reading our emails properly.
It shouldn't be this difficult to arrange a viewing.. Hire more staff / read emails properly and have some sort of customer service training because customer service was non-existent
