Huge thanks to Jordan for all her help before I moved into my new apartment! The previous tenant didn't cancel their broadband account, so I was stuck unable to register mine. Jordan was super patient and helped me reach out to the old tenant and kept following up. She’s really responsible and efficient. Throughout the rental process, I felt the communication was very clear, letting me know what I needed to do at each step to keep things moving, and they provided timely updates along the way. Overall, this was a great renting experience! I really appreciate it! Highly recommend!

Mark went out of his way to help us find the perfect flat! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. My agent was Mark Fell and he is the best I can recommend. I rented during the pandemic whilst I was overseas, Mark was very patient to show me everything in the apartment on video. I was unfamiliar with the renting process in the UK, Mark made sure he explained everything very clear to me. Whenever I had any questions she would reply very fast and was even working on sending the tenancy agreement during the weekend so that I had everything signed before move in date. why are resident email addresses at Elephant Park being used for local business advertising campaigns through building management and under the headline of property update? It is not an update, it is advertising and spam. This requires consent under GDPR as residents are not customers of Savills. I also object to the fact Savills is making money in this way.
