Property transactions are never simple, but with Mary’s market knowledge and expert guidance, we sold very quickly and effectively negotiated on a new sale. Mary was on top of the transactions at all times, professional, and was very accommodating with our numerous asks during the sale. GoogleHaving met with a number of local estate agents in connection with the sale of my mother-in-law's house, we decided to appoint Tom and his team at Savills Bishops Park. It was definitely the right choice, since their professionalism and commitment was without question from day 1. They kept us informed at all stages and when the time came to close the deal, they demonstrated why they're the best in the business. Of course, you can always find an estate agent offering lower commission or even a fixed price deal -- but if they undervalue your property or fail to generate interest with the right buyers to secure the best price it's just a false economy. Recommend 100%.

GoogleWe were delighted with Savills Bishops Park especially Will Mace We had had our flat in Sands End on the market for six months before we instructed Savills. They were committed, professional and offered sound advice when ever we needed it. They got us an offer quickly and the whole procedure from beginning to end was smooth and efficient. The whole team at Bishops Park played their part. Selling a loved home after 12yrs is an emotional experience and we feel Savills helped find the right person for what had been a very happy first time home.

GoogleI have just let my property through Savills Bishops Park office. From start to finish Kate has been pro active in getting my property let. Starting with a honest valuation, giving regular feedback on viewings, and giving good advice on the offers we received. Chrissie who found the tenants has been amazing in getting the deal across the line swiftly. Updating me about how the tenants where getting on with signing everything. On the day of move in Kate went above and beyond the call of duty after a mix up with the keys to get the inventory clark in. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Thank you to Kate and Chrissie, 5 stars for sure!
