I had the pleasure of meeting Oliver Brooks-Ward, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He showed us some fantastic apartments and demonstrated a super friendly and professional approach throughout. What stood out the most was his ability to truly listen to our needs in terms of quality and building preferences. Oliver is a prompt estate agent with a nice, non-pushy tone that made the whole process enjoyable, stress-free and a pleasure to view properties without feeling rushed.

Very much appreciate the help that Max gave us in finding our new flat. He was organised and well informed about the area and the properties that we viewed. He kept us informed throughout the viewing and offer process, and went over and above what we expected in order to help us secure the flat. He kept in touch with us after we moved in to check things were going well. This was a very nice touch. Thanks to Fego too who supported with the paperwork and administration that came with moving! Overall a great experience with Savills, and I would definitely use them again.

Rented me a flat from ollie ward, once the deposit was quickly taken I was made to wait over a month before I was aloud to move in part of the agreement was that I could move in quickly but that wasn't possible so I had to get a hotel every time I tried to contact olly he was away from his desk in a meeting or on annual leave. The flat had not been registered with the council so I had no bins the whole time I stayed here 4 months for letterboxes and the flat was rented our with fake gas safety certificates all I was ever told is that they don't mange the property so it's not there responsibility which I dint find out untill I moved in. They now haven't returned my deposit and every time I call in come up with a story that they will get somebody to to call me back in sick of savills and just want to put this behind the worst estate agency I've ever dealt with. When I asked why they can't just give my deposit back they said they have to wait for the landlord to sign forms if not I can easily go to court over the 3200 pounds I do no want to fight for My money that I have done nothing to have taken. Completely unprofessional.
