GoogleTerrible - the Lettings team, in particular Courtney Allen, have let us down on numerous occasions - have misrepresented the property (Linkenholt Mansions) and then demanded a rent increase completely out of line with market rates. They have promised maintenance work that has never materialised, and then closed down access to our balconies meaning we have no access to the outdoor space or the tumble dryer (which were advertised in the marketing and listed in the itinerary). No information has been given on timelines for incomplete maintenance, documents have been provided incorrectly on multiple occasions, and no effort has been made to fix anything regarding the balconies (we have been dodging acroprops for months).
I would save myself the hassle of dealing with this team!

Over the several months period it took to complete the purchase there were critical times when the seller and I decided to call off the transaction. Liz has single handedly rescued the deal. Her business competence and character really brought the deal home for me and the seller. Liz's calm and receptive manner, her resourcefulness in finding win-win solutions at the darkest of times, and her genuine care for both sides of the deal to find common ground, meant i could trust her even though she represented the seller.
