Our family home in SW20 had been in our family since 1946, and it was a momentous time saying goodbye to the happy home my siblings and I grew up in, post WW2. Tim and all the team at Savills were superb and could not have been more understanding and helpful. They were also able to recommend an excellent house clearance company which lifted the worry about how we were going to deal with surplus items. We cannot thank Tim and the whole team for their professionalism, superb customer service, help and kindness throughout.

Savills have let our family home. We're not typical landlords so wanted a tenant that is going to really look after it as we've refurbished it over the years very nicely. Millie and Charlotte and the team found us a great tentant and have been incredibly helpful with helping collate all of the 'paperwork' associated with renting. I'd highly recomend using them.

It was our first experience with Savills. The team is really helpful and extremely friendly. They supported us through the whole process in very professional, transparent and simple manner. A nice lady named Millie Short was truly considerate. She learnt that our special needy child makes it difficult to follow up with all the procedures in time. She was very cooperative and understanding. We had a problem to follow up with our guarantor specially that her time is limited and not accessible all the time. Millie did not make us worry so all , she chased her to get all the paperwork done in time. We had several questions to the landlord . Millie was very patient by contacting the landlord and answered our inquiries promptly. We needed to contact the previous tenants to buy some of the furniture. She also facilitated the communication between us. I highly recommend Savills. I'm really thankful to all the team who helped us specially Millie short.,

Absolutely exemplary service from Harry, Stewart and Cory (everyone you meet is generally lovely I have to add). But, Harry in particular belies his youth - I’d literally leave him in charge of anything - consider it done! He worked a near miracle on my house sale - with intelligence, rapport and class. Cory and Stewart both shepherd with a firm savvy hand and engender real trust. I felt supported throughout. I just KNEW Savills would deliver. Truly as the saying goes, I trusted Savills to represent me knowing they were as invested in my success as I was. Having worked for multiple other estate Agents and in the property business for many years, I still have to admit You just can’t beat Savills to sell your home - and I wouldn’t sell through anyone else.

Searching a house/flat to buy (or even to rent) normally starts with a lot of enthusiasm which sadly then turns into disappointment, relatively rapidly. Most agents show up for viewing without knowing anything about the property they are showing with the classic attitude: if it's not you it'll be someone else... Savills was, for us, a great relief: finally someone (thanks Tim, Dan) who not only cared about cashing fees, but also cared about doing their job properly: provide the info we asked for and facilitate the process not only for the vendor (ultimately their client), but also for the buyer. Of course one chooses the property not based on the agent, but I can honestly say that we ruled out properties because they were managed by agencies that we really wanted to avoid (no names of course). Thanks Tim, Dan and Savills, we will surely get back in touch should we need to buy or sell something else.
