I have been with Roselins (through James) for over 17 years and not once had any cause for complaint. As a distant landlord I have found James’ service pro-active throughout the whole time, providing excellent communications and cost effective solutions for all (and every) unexpected situation. Once i decided to sell, James was on top of absolutely everything for the sale…liaising with buyer, solicitors (both buying & selling) and keeping me informed with everything. This was particularly important as exchange loomed closer. James along with Daniel were so good at getting to the bottom of ‘blockages’ and proactively overcoming them. I would whole heartedly recommend Roselins without any hesitation - James’ experience and direction coupled with Daniel’s determination make a great team! Fantastic Agency and Service!

Highly recommended - I first let my property in 2015. I had 2 agents round to quote. Both offered very similar packages but I chose Roselins for one reason, James! He was friendly, professional and gave me confidence that Roselins could do the job. Over the last few years they have done just that, managing the property and making it stress free for me. James was my main contact and I couldn’t have asked for more, always responding to communication straight away with solutions to any problems. I’ve now just sold the property. Sadly the first buyer didn’t work out but James quickly found another buyer and chased all parties along the way to complete quickly. Thank you Roselins, you have a great team. I have been using Roselins for over 5 years to take care of my 3 flats, and they certainly earn their fees and I can rest assured that I can leave them to it. A friend of mine wanted a conveyancer a few weeks back as everyone she had called and left messages with no call back. My experience of estate & letting agents is 99% give the rest a bad name...James at Roselins agreed with me! They were very patient with us, as it was our first time buying a house; they explained processes, and were very open with their communication between us and the sellers. They also helped us get through some really tricky situations, where the onward chain started to break - but they managed to remedy the situation, and we moved in on the exact date we wanted!
